In addition to bookkeeping, each year our accounting professionals work closely with the property manager to develop and monitor long-term capital budgets as well as ensuring your audit is done in a professional and timely manner.  We provide boards with customized financial information in comprehensive, easily understandable formats that give them complete vision into the financial condition of the building.   
We provide all basic services, ACH transactions, lock-box for collections, distribution of maintenance, rent invoices, separate bank accounts and all of the below:
